General Terms
Users and customers of Services provided by Vissol Ltd. must accept the terms and conditions of business set out below.
If you fail to pay any sums due to us as they become due, we reserve the right to discontinue working until the money is payed.
If you are a company and you go into insolvent liquidation or suffer the appointment of an administrator or administrative receiver or enter into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors, we shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith.

Refund Policy
Before we commence any work we require a downpayment of 50% of the total cost of your project. Once work has commenced this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the work we have done for you, please contact us and we will attempt to rectify the situation. If we are still unable meet your requirements we are able to discontinue the project. You are only eligible to receive a copy of the work that we had completed up to this point if you pay the remaining 50% of your invoice.
Any funds sent to Vissol Ltd. which are in excess of the amount owed can only be reimbursed in the form of Account Credit and cannot be refunded.

Delivery of Services
Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated receipt from our systems. Please print and retain a copy of this and retain in a safe place for future reference.
Once all work has been completed, all of the files will be electronically delivered via email. If the file size exceeds the permitted email file size we can provide you to a secure link to your files hosted on our servers.

Response Times 
Vissol Ltd. will respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Our trading hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6:30PM GMT. In most cases, during these hours we will respond within 2 hours of receiving your enquiry.

General Terms and Policies
Prices and Charges - We reserve the right to make changes to our pricing at any time without notice. Clients that we are working for at the time of the change will not be affected until all work has been completed.
Backups - We keep backups of all work for a minimum of 1 year. If for some reason you lose your copy of your files, we may be able to provide them to you. If you require a new copy of your files please contact us.

Privacy
Vissol Ltd. will not provide names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information of clients to any third party without prior permission from that client, or as required under an appropriate court or administrative directive, including a facially valid subpoena, or as necessary to render the Service. Vissol Ltd. may provide aggregate data on clients to third parties in the operation of Vissol Ltd.'s business

Discount Vouchers
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
• If the order value is lower than the value of the voucher, the remaining amount is lost.
• Discount vouchers are restricted to one per customer.

Affiliates
Affiliates may not mask, hide or modify the affiliate link. It must be used as displayed in the client area.
You may not spam or advertise in areas or sections of websites that breach the rules of the displaying site. Doing so will result in the link being reported.

Amendments
These Terms and Policies may be amended in any respect at any time by Vissol Ltd. upon the posting of the amended Terms and Policies on the terms of use section of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed consent to any such amended Terms and Policies. If you do not wish to continue to use the Service as a result of any such amended Terms and Policies, you may provide notice of your wish to terminate your use of the Service to Vissol Ltd.

Website Design Policy
Browser Compatibility:
All of our websites are tested and guaranteed to work in the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox 2+, Internet Explorer 7+, Safari 3+, Google Chrome, Opera 10+. Support for older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6 may be available at an additional cost if requested.

Ownership Rights
After you send the final payment for any work that we do for you the work, becomes your property. We will never resell, distribute or share the files with anybody. We reserve the right to include the finished piece of work in the Our Work section of our website, if you do not wish for us to include the work on our website, please let us know.
